Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 Business Days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the selected shipping method.

From time to time, Taja Market may offer Free Shipping Promotions on qualifying orders. Any applicable promotions will be displayed on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • Carrier information

  • A tracking link to monitor your shipment

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Contact us immediately if your order has not yet shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to update the shipping address.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Taja Market is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on inventory availability or warehouse locations.

At this time, Taja Market ships within the United States only.

We currently do not offer international shipping.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
